The Groves Residences is a five-level boutique apartment development comprising 34 architecturally designed residences positioned along Canning Highway in Attadale. Designed to make the most of its riverside location, the project features generous balconies, expansive glazing and shared lifestyle amenities including a sky lounge, sky garden and gymnasium, all carefully planned to maximise views towards the Swan River.
AluGlaze supplied and installed aluminium window and door systems that help define the building’s contemporary appearance while enhancing natural light, ventilation and indoor-outdoor living throughout the residences. Residential developments of this scale require careful coordination between façade elements, waterproofing interfaces, balcony structures and architectural finishes to achieve a refined outcome. The completed glazing package contributes to the project’s premium aesthetic, delivering comfort, performance and uninterrupted views that enhance the resident experience
