The Leatherback Sports Pavilion was developed to provide modern facilities for the growing Alkimos community, bringing together changerooms, public amenities, kiosk facilities and flexible community spaces within a distinctive coastal-inspired building. AluGlaze supplied and installed aluminium windows and doors designed to maximise natural light, visibility and connection to the surrounding parklands while complementing the building’s clean architectural lines.
Projects like this require careful coordination between glazing, cladding and structural elements to achieve a seamless finish, particularly across large façade openings and high-traffic public areas. The result is a durable, low-maintenance glazing solution that supports both the functional requirements of a busy sporting venue and the architect’s vision for a welcoming community destination.
